You can view any active packages or services on your account through your Client Dashboard.
These are located in Your Account > Your Packages / Services
In the example above, you can see that a transaction was made on 14 August 2020 for MalgraBooks Essentials, for the 20/21 financial year. The package cost £44 and the reference number is adjacent. You can click the reference number to view a receipt.
MalgraBooks services run on financial years. If you held a Malgra Plus account, we sent an email to all members in September 2021 to advise how their account would change and which financial year their membership relates to. If you have any queries, please contact our team.
If you wish to add a new package, you can view available options by clicking the relevant button, or if you wish to upgrade or change an existing package, this can also be done from the package screen.
